Super WB Concrete Sealer is a 30% solids, water based, low VOC, strong binding, "wet look", clear acrylic sealer for vertical or horizontal cementitious surfaces. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellence and tenacious penetration and adhesion. It contains no wax or silicone additives. The coating is chemically resistant, durable, does not blush, has long solids retention, and is easy to clean. Super WB Concrete Sealer is non-flammable and environmentally safe (<100 g/L VOC).
Surface Preparation
Surface must be dry and clean of dust, dirt, oils, and other surface contaminants. It is imperative to provide surface profiling on concrete deck surfaces that are especially smooth, hard, dense, etc.
For most applications, the most common means of profiling is accomplished with the use of SCR, the safe substitute for muriatic acid. See the application sheet for SCR for proper technique and instructions.
Application
Apply with a pump sprayer, EpoxyGlide roller, or a non-aerosol sprayer. Do not allow puddling. Apply when surface temperatures are between 50 F and 90 F and will stay within that range for 24 hrs. after application. Do not apply outside if precipitation is forecast within 24 hours of application.
Cure Time: Dry to the touch within 4 hours.
Coverage: Dependent upon porosity of substrate. Approximately 150—300 sq. ft. / gallon / coat.
Cleanup: Before Super WB Sealer dries; spills, over-spray, and tools can be cleaned up with water.
Maintenance
Pressure washing normally will remove dirt and grime.
Technical Data
Coverage: Varies upon substrate: approximately 180-200 ft2 per gal., per coat (16.7-18.6m2 per 3.8 L, per coat) 8–8.9 mils wet; 1.6–1.8 mils cured.
Disposal
Contact your local government house-hold hazardous waste coordinator for information on disposal of unused product.

Warranty of this product, when used according to the directions, is limited to refund of purchase price, or replacement of product (if defective), at manufactures/seller’s option. SureCrete Design Products shall not be liable for cost of labor or direct and/or incidental consequential damages.

Inhalation: Certain individuals may be sensitized and experience minor nausea or headaches. Move individual to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Skin Contact: Skin contact may cause irritation. Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected skin with soap and water. Launder clothing before reuse. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Eyes: Wear safety eye protection when applying. Contact with eyes may cause irritation. Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Frequently Asked Questions About Super WB:
Q: Can I use just one coat of Super WB?
A: Technically yes, but we don’t suggest it. For the best results, we recommend using two thin coats of Super WB water-based Acrylic Paver Sealer and Concrete Sealer.
Q: Will Super WB survive the freeze/thaw cycles in my area?
A: While it is slightly less durable in this regard than our HS Series premium acrylic sealer products, it does still have some moisture-migration-reducing properties.
Q: Can I use another, lower solids content sealer over top of Super WB?
A: Yes, in fact, this sealer can be diluted with water This means it can be applied to a variety of dilution rates once any given coating has finished curing.
