All products up to 150 lbs (68 kg) — including our professional polyurethane concrete stamps and decorative materials — are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and Home Delivery, which offers the most economical rates. Outgoing shipping costs are calculated dynamically online at checkout. Small packages up to 4 lbs (2 kg) are usually dispatched using USPS. Wholesale orders and industrial shipments over 150 lbs (68 kg) are typically transported via reliable LTL Freight services.
International Shipping & Carriers
We facilitate worldwide delivery utilizing UPS, USPS, FedEx, Air Freight, or Ocean Freight networks.
- FedEx International: Transit typically requires 1–2 weeks for final delivery. In most cases, this service is fully insured and all shipments include a dedicated tracking number.
- UPS International: Delivery windows generally span 1–2 weeks. Shipments are insured and come with comprehensive step-by-step tracking.
- USPS International: This postal service requires 1–5 weeks for delivery (please note that the post office allows a 90-day window to deliver international orders before a shipment is officially classified as lost). Orders shipped via USPS are handed over and delivered by your destination country’s local post office. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Customs, Border Clearance, and Import Duties
All local taxes, customs duties, and import fees at the destination country are to be paid directly by the buyer (paid by the buyer). GlobMarble's calculated shipping fees cover exclusively the freight delivery to your specified destination address, local airport, or seaport (depending on the logistics shipping service selected).
We highly recommend checking in advance with your destination country's embassy or consulting a licensed customs broker regarding specific government (customs) regulations on your industrial or DIY shipment.
Logistics & Shipping for Canadian Customers
GlobMarble provides reliable daily shipping across the entire territory of Canada. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST/HST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the specific province to which your decorative concrete order is shipped and its declared commercial value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.
- Origin and Tariffs: Under trade regulations, goods that are entirely manufactured in the USA are duty-free but remain fully subject to standard provincial GST/PST assessments at the border.
- Regional Transit & Delivery Windows: Heavy freight, concrete casting equipment, and bulk stamp orders are shipped directly from our main northeast warehouse hub in New York, ensuring fast ground transit to major Canadian distribution networks. Typical transit times range from 3–5 business days to Ontario (Toronto, Mississauga, Ottawa) and Quebec (Montreal), and 5–7 business days to western provinces including Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton) and British Columbia (Vancouver).

Commercial Freight & LTL Policy

Commercial truck drivers are not equipped or responsible for getting oversized items off the truck. Shipping charges do not include a Liftgate, UNLESS EXPLICITLY SPECIFIED ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION!
- Liftgate Requests: If your delivery location requires a hydraulic liftgate service to unload your equipment, you must coordinate this prior to shipment by calling +1 (347) 717-4088 or emailing [email protected].
- Mandatory Freight Inspection: IMPORTANT - INSPECT FREIGHT BEFORE YOU SIGN. Any obvious physical damage to the packaging or products must be explicitly noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. Notify the carrier immediately upon delivery of any noticeable damage. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with the carrier unless they are immediately notified of the damage.
- Concealed Damage: If you suspect internal damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Please make sure you retain a signed copy of the Bill of Lading or shipping paperwork for your records.
- Delivery Acceptance: Once you are contacted for delivery by the carrier, it is your responsibility to accept delivery unless other arrangements are made. Any storage fees incurred due to failure to accept delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refused Shipments: In the event a customer refuses shipment after shipping from the factory, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location and a restocking fee.
- Terminal Pickups: In the event a customer requests to pick up a shipment at a local freight company terminal and the customer does not pick up the shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from the freight terminal and a restocking fee.
- Note: If the customer returns the item(s) for any reason except that it is defective, the customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight.
UPS / FedEx Small Parcel Policy
