Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, return shipping cost has to be paid by buyer. Prior approval from GlobMarble is required and issued Return Authorization Number should be attached to the return.
  • Items of a proprietary nature like Training Manuals, Videos, etc. are not returnable.
  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days.
  • All items must be in (new) unused and in resalable condition.
  • Items may not be returned without an authorization number from GlobMarble.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be issued a credit.
  • Items shipped FREE will have the outbound shipping costs deducted from the credit.
  • Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  • If you purchased material from a GlobMarble's distributor, please contact the distributor to discuss their returns policy.
  • All liquid or chemicals has to be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • We accept only unused molds.

Appropriate credit will be made to your account or credit card when the returned product is verified using above criteria. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all related freight charges.
