Ideal for both contractors and DIYers, this easy-to-use sealer saves time by eliminating the need for separate curing and sealing products.

Unlike traditional acrylic sealers that require concrete to cure for 28 days, CS-25 LV can be applied just 1–2 days after the concrete has been poured and stamped. This is a major advantage, especially for decorative or stamped concrete projects where early protection and enhanced visual appeal are critical.

CS-25 LV forms a breathable, water-retentive film that improves curing and prevents surface issues like cracking, dusting, or spalling. Once cured, it delivers a durable, color-enhancing gloss finish that protects against moisture, salt, UV rays, and freeze/thaw cycles.

This 25% solids formula contains added UV absorbers and halo-amine light stabilizers to help prevent yellowing and degradation caused by sunlight exposure. It creates a clear, breathable, moisture-retentive film that enhances curing, increases surface hardness, and leaves a durable, color-rich glossy finish. Perfect for stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, pavers, and smooth-troweled surfaces.

Why Use Cure and Seal on Stamped Concrete?

Stamped concrete is particularly vulnerable to surface damage and color fading if not protected early. CS-25 LV is widely used in the stamped concrete industry because it can be safely applied 1–2 days after stamping, helping lock in color hardeners or release agent tones while the concrete is still fresh. Traditional sealers can’t be applied until the concrete has fully cured for 28 days — by then, valuable color and surface quality can already be compromised.

Surface Preparation

Clean surface thoroughly with a pressure washer
Ensure surface is completely dry before sealing (24 hours recommended)
Etch smooth-troweled surfaces to improve adhesion

Application

Cure and Seal CS-25 LV should be applied with an acetone — resistant pump sprayer. Croll-rolling with shed resistant roller should be performed immediately to ensure even film thickens. Do not thin.
