How to Use – Step-by-Step

For Wall Crack Filling (≤ 1/8")

  1. Surface Prep: Grind or wire brush to remove dust, oil, paint. Clean and dry.
  2. Mix: Combine Parts A and B until fully blended.
  3. Apply: Trowel or knife directly into crack.
  4. Topcoat: You may apply epoxy, stain, or sealer immediately (no full cure required).

For Floor Repairs (Cracks, Spalls, Pits)

  1. Surface Prep: Grind to open pores and remove weak concrete. Vacuum dust.
  2. Mix: 1:1 by volume until uniform gray.
  3. Apply: Trowel into cracks and spalls. Feather 0-1/8" or build up to 2".
  4. Topcoat: After full cure (24h @ 70°F), sand or grind flush and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, or urethane.

For Large Repairs (Up to 2" Deep)

  1. Surface Prep: Ensure surface is solid and clean. Grind if needed.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: 1:1 ratio by volume.
  3. Apply in Layers: Trowel material into voids. Smooth as needed.
  4. Wait for Full Cure (24h): For topcoat or multiple lifts, cure fully and sand.

Cleanup Storage

  1. Clean tools with xylol immediately after use
  2. Store in a dry place between 60–90°F
