GCF – Fast-Setting Polyurethane Concrete Crack Filler (1-Gallon Bulk Kit)
GCF is a fast-setting, two-component polyurethane crack filler designed for structural concrete repair in industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential applications. Supplied in a cost-effective 1-gallon bulk kit, GCF offers contractor-grade performance at exceptional value, delivering a large volume of material at a highly competitive price.
With its ultra-low viscosity and rapid cure profile, GCF penetrates deeply into cracks and voids — forming a strong, permanent bond to concrete. Ideal for everything from hairline cracks to deep surface spalls, it can be applied neat or used in combination with clean, dry sand for patching larger damaged areas.
Note: This product is intended for manual application. Applicator tools or injectors are not included.

Application Instructions
Hairline and Small Cracks
- Grind open the crack to expose pores and remove contaminants.
- Vacuum or wire brush to eliminate dust and loose debris.
- Mix Part A and Part B (1:1 by volume) for ~10 seconds (small batch).
- Pour neat into the crack and allow to self-level.
Larger Cracks, Voids, and Spalls
