How to Use the Barnwood Stamp Rollers:
- Test Concrete Readiness: The concrete should be firm enough to hold an imprint without sticking to your finger but still soft enough to take texture.
- Apply Release Agent: Use a high-quality powder release or liquid release agent to prevent sticking and enhance pattern detail.
- Roll the Pattern: Gently but firmly roll your selected tool across the surface. Overlap slightly to create a seamless, natural wood effect.
- Use the RL 115400/2 for main stamping across large areas.
- Use the RL 115400/1 for edges, borders, and touch-ups.
- Clean Immediately After Use: Rinse with water and mild detergent to prevent buildup and extend tool life.
- Finish: After curing, apply a concrete stain and sealer to enhance the wood grain detail and protect your stamped surface.
Whether you're working on a cozy backyard patio or a large-scale commercial install, the RL 115400 Series gives you professional results with authentic reclaimed barnwood textures - fast, efficient, and incredibly detailed.
Note: RL 115400/1 requires a standard roller frame (not included). RL 115400/2 includes a custom heavy-duty roller frame.
