Application Instructions:
Hairline & Small Cracks:
- Clean the Surface – Remove debris using a vacuum or wire brush.
- Mix Components – Combine Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio. Mix for 10 seconds (@100ml).
- Apply – Pour the mixture directly into the crack and allow to self-level.
Wider Cracks and Spalls:
- Grind & Clean – Grind open the crack to expose pores and clean out debris.
- Fill with Sand – Tightly pack with clean, dry sand and level it flush with the surface.
- Mix & Pour – Mix GE-CR1 (1:1 ratio) for 10 seconds (@100ml) and pour over the sand until fully saturated.
⚠️ Important:
- Mix only what can be applied in under 2 minutes. Product sets extremely fast.
- GE-CR1 is a bulk repair product and does not include a repair cartridge. Manual mixing is required.
Not a Decorative Product
GE-CR1 is designed strictly for structural repair and is not intended as a decorative finish. It restores the integrity of damaged concrete, but the repaired area may not match surrounding surfaces in color or texture. For a clean, uniform appearance after crack repair, we recommend applying a decorative concrete overlay such as GlobMarble Multi-Pro over the surface to create a fresh, polished look.
