Concrete Edge Form Liner SL 7050

Chiseled Stone Form Liners for Concrete Stairs, Fireplaces, and Countertops.

Using these edge forms, you can make any precast or pour in place project look like chiseled granite. These edge forms are all 8 feet in length and can be cut to any required dimensions with a utility knife. You can joint them together using caulk and a napkin to add texture. You can see how this technique is done in the video at the bottom of this page. The forms are flexible so they can be used for both straight and rounded surfaces. You must use G1 Mold release to ensure the concrete does not stick to the form. To ensure minimal bubbles in your surface you can “vibrate” the form by gently tapping the edges of the form with a hammer. If bubbles do appear, you can patch them with a slurry. To ensure the forms can be used thousands of times, store them on a flat surface and keep them out of direct sunlight.
