RIGID Stamps Mat
These are robust and solidly built mat types, firm enough to stand on. The RIGID Stamps Mats come with handles for easy lifting and moving and are used for the majority of stamping jobs. They are color-coded in red, blue, and yellow. Each stamp features a unique pattern variation to provide an authentic look and achieve a more random appearance.
FLEX Stamp Mat
The Flex Stamp Mat (floppy) is approximately half the thickness of a rigid mat and is constructed from more flexible urethane, allowing it to bend to a 90-degree angle to conform to slab edges or walls. Unlike rigid mats, the Flex Stamp Mat does not have handles. These flexible mats are used for finishing edges of the pattern, areas against walls, stairs, corners, and other hard-to-reach spots.

Frequently Asked Questions about Concrete Stamp Mats
Q: Can I use one flexible Concrete Stamp Mat to complete my sidewalk project?
A: Stamping concrete with just one flexible mat can be quite challenging as they do not have handles. While you can use flexible mats, it's recommended to use at least 3-5 of them. For optimal results, we suggest using at least 3-6 rigid mats to form the main stamping line and one flexible mat for the edges. The process is similar to assembling a puzzle; you need multiple stamps to piece together the stamping pattern. Flexible stamp mats are typically used to finish edges of the pattern or areas against walls.
