How to make concrete vibrating table

How to make an inexpensive concrete vibrating table for concrete stone, stepping stone, brick, tiles and pavers.

If you have medium size or small size home Do It Yourself project, you can build inexpensive concrete Concrete Vibrating Table for concrete stone, stepping stone, brick, tiles and pavers. ITEMS YOU NEED:

  1. Vibrator Motor
  2. One 2’x4’x3/8”sheet of plywood
  3. 4 - screws and fender washers or bolts and nuts
  4. 2 - horses

INSTRUCTION:

Place the Concrete Vibrating Motor on top of the board, locate four base holes with a pan. Attach the Vibrating Motor to the board trough the Vibrator Motor base holes. Tighten the bolts accordingly. You can also mount the Vibrator Motor in to the board with 4 screws.

Attach 1" x 2" support rails in all edges of the board to keep mold failing of the board during vibration.

MOLD CASTING:

Place a mold on the table while the Concrete Vibrating Motor in the off position. Fill the mold about 30-50%. Turn the Vibrator Motor ON and vibrate about 10 second. Turn the Vibrator Motor OFF and fill out the mold to the top or to the preferred level thickness if you casting a thinner concrete stone. Then turn the Vibrator Motor ON and vibrate approximately 20-30 second to level off the concrete. Remove the mold and repeat the process with another mold.
